Amarushanwa y’ubwiza ni igikorwa gikorwa n’ibihugu byinshi byo ku isi, imijyi y’ibihugu ndetse n’ibigo bitandukanye yaba iby’ubucuruzi amashuri n’ibindi, hagamijwe gushaka umuntu uhiga abandi uburanga, ubwenge, kuba yasobanura ibyo azi ndetse n’ubumenyi butandukanye ku bibera hirya no hino.

Iyo rero uyu muntu amaze gutorwa ahanini ahita aba nk’umuvugizi w’ibi bigo cyangwa ibihugu mu ruhando rw’amahanga.
